My name is Renee and it’s nice to “meet” you. Planting seeds of health to help you flourish and grow, I am committed to helping you become your best self. Whether your goal is to eat healthier or feel better, I can guide you using a non-diet approach. Recognizing the uniqueness in all individuals I believe that meeting you where you are is the best place to begin a journey. Small consistent changes can have great impact on your health and wellness.

I enjoy pursuing areas of interest in Intuitive Eating and Culinary Nutrition as well as yoga, gardening and mindfulness. I am a committed volunteer in my community. I have 15 years experiences as a clinical dietitian in a community hospital working as a part of an integrated health care team. I served as an oncology dietitian and an advocate for community wellness programs and events.

I am especially inspired by seeing the next generation equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to navigate a life of health and wellness. My husband and I have four healthy PEAS in our pod. We cherish our family mealtimes gathered around the table together.

Areas of interest: oncology, community health, culinary, non-diet approach, intuitive eating and mindfulness.
