Doctors spend on average only seven minutes in the room with their patients. Dietitians take the time to get to know you. Initial visits are normally between 75-90 minutes long. Follow-ups are about 45-60 minutes.

We are happy to announce that we are in network with most major payers. If you insurance does not cover, we will offer you discounted visits. We can also provide shorter appointments for more affordability.

We accept most major payers (UHC, Aetna, BCBS, and Cigna) in the states that we are licensed in (CT, RI, NJ, TX, NC, VA, and IL).
Please note that Medicaid/ Husky does not cover dietitian services at this time.
Medicare does not cover nutrition under preventative care, so we are not accepting any Medicare plans even if you have a supplemental insurance because our claims will be denied by both insurances.
We are credentialed but not yet contracted with Tricare at this time. Tricare clients would need to pay out of pocket but are able to call their insurance to see if the bill can be submitted for reimbursement.

We offer virtual visits using our secure client platform. In person visits are available in Norwich, CT. Our in-person visits in Westerly, RI are on hold, but virtual visits are still available.

Yes! Sometimes, the best prescription starts in the kitchen. We accept referrals from prescribers and can work with medical offices locally.
